Goal Generate your single, reusable “hero face” using only your Pinterest reference image. This face will be the foundation for every outfit, full-body shot, and video you ever make with this avatar.

If you are using your own headshot, skip this module and move onto Module 3.

Checklist (follow in exact order)

• [ ] Save your best Pinterest headshot to your computer → name it “REF_HEADSHOT.jpg”

• [ ] Open [Midjourney.com](http://Midjourney.comhttps://www.midjourney.com/) in your web browser

  • [ ] create an account or login

  

  • [ ] select your preferred subscription options
    • Basic is fine until you require more credits

  

• [ ] Once you are logged, subscribed and have your REF_HEADSHOT.jpg ready to go…head to the ‘Create’ page in Midjourney

  

• [ ] Drag the same REF_HEADSHOT.jpg into the main prompt bar → Midjourney will show “Drop image to describe”

🔴 TIP

You’ll find a lot of Midjourney prompts baked into images in Pinterest, these are great resources! If you find one on an image you like, save it to your computer and open it in Preview > select the text > copy > paste into the Midjourney prompt window “What will you imagine?”. You can then skip the next two steps.

• [ ] Wait 5–10 sec → 4 auto-generated prompts appear below the bar
• [ ] Click the prompt that feels closest (it auto-fills)

• [ ] Click the middle slot → upload “REF_HEADSHOT.jpg” → set as the Style Reference

  

• [ ] In Filter perimeters, add these settings:

  Stylize 200

  Variety 10

  Mode: Raw

  Weird: 0

  AR 3:4

  Speed: Fast (instant) or Relaxed (saves credits)

  

• [ ] Press Enter / Generate
